- Follow up on leads generated by the campaigns
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms and pricing will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. Services begin once payment is received. All fees are due in full unless otherwise specified.
4. No Guaranteed Results
While we use a battle-tested system, results may vary. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, or sales. Campaign performance can be influenced by various external factors beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, ads, and strategies created by Booked Solid Ads remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services rendered up to the date of termination are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7. Limitation of Liability
Booked Solid Ads is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

How soon can I expect results?
We typically aim to see strong momentum within the first 2 weeks. The first few days are all about launching, testing, and optimizing your campaign to find the best-performing ad, offer, and targeting. Once that’s dialled in, leads start coming in consistently.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee our effort, our strategy, and full transparency. No one can guarantee results (and you should run from anyone who says they can), but we only work with businesses we truly believe we can help — and we’ll tell you straight if it’s not a fit. WE PROVIDE A REFUND IF WE'RE UNABLE TO GET YOU A RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI).
What if I’ve tried Facebook Ads before and it didn’t work?
